By Veronica Photography is a wedding, event, and portrait studio based in Montclair, New Jersey, with a seasonal presence in Downtown Miami during peak months (November through March).

Founded in 2013, the studio is led by Veronica Castillo, whose signature style blends dreamy, vibrant photojournalism with a deep respect for each client’s unique story. Over the years, the studio has built a reputation throughout the NY/NJ Tri-State Area for timeless imagery, thoughtful storytelling, and an unobtrusive, natural approach to photography.

While weddings make up the core of our work, we also take on a variety of other meaningful projects including special events, on-location or in-studio portraits, corporate photography, family sessions, and newborn photography. Whether you're planning a celebration, building your brand, or simply preserving a moment in time, we’re honored to help tell your story.

With a small team of trusted professionals working on a per-event basis, our studio offers a collaborative and seamless experience if you're celebrating in Miami, New York City, Montclair, or at a destination abroad.

Hi, I’m Veronica!

More than a photographer, I’m a seeker of beauty in everyday moments — a traveler, animal lover, and self-proclaimed Taco Queen.

I discovered photography back in high school, and since then it’s become the way I see and celebrate the world. I’m endlessly curious about life’s journey, inspired by nature (especially the mountains), and moved by the presence of good, kind-hearted people.

I’ve always deeply cared for animals. One day, I dream of owning acres of land to rescue as many as I can and give them a safe place to thrive and live their best life.

From Australia to Egypt to the Galápagos, my camera has carried me across the world. Each journey sparks my creativity and deepens my curiosity for every story.
