Our starting price for Wedding Day Coverage is $3,000 with Veronica, and $2,000 with a Lead Photographer from our team.
How many hours of coverage will we have on our wedding day?
Each wedding is different so depending on your timeline and how much coverage you would like to have, we have various options. We do, however, recommend at least 6-8 hours of photography.
What will you and your team wear?
We typically wear black or dark colors as not to stand out from the crowd.
Do you charge for Travel or Multiple Locations?
50 miles from Livingston round trip are included. When we look over your wedding timeline we can determine what the travel costs would be.
How many pictures do you take?
Countless! If I had to put a number to it, I would estimate 100 photos per hour. However, during an initial edit I will take out test shots, blinks, duplicates and the like.
Are my images retouched?
Yes, all images are color corrected and stylized.
How do we book you and what is your payment plan?
In order to complete your booking we require a 50% retainer and to electronically sign the wedding contract. The remaining payment is due one week prior to the wedding date. You will have an online account to keep track of the payments and balance.
When will we get our pictures?
We know your excited to see your images and we do work very hard to get your pictures back to you as soon as possible, but please allow 8-12 weeks for order fulfillment.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes and we can provide the venue with proof of coverage.
When will I hear from my photographers to discuss timing and details of the day?
When we are booking your date we create a timeline together. After completing a pre-event consultation, 60 days before your event, we will confirm and finalize the timeline.
Should we do a first look?
We definitely recommend doing a first look because we can utilize that time to take care of all the couple portraits, family portraits, and bridal party photos. We try to do the formals in a specific time frame that way you can enjoy the rest of your day knowing you have all the necessary shots, and we can continue documenting your event.
Do I need to provide meals for our photographers?
Thank you so much, we would greatly appreciate that generous offer. The best time for us to catch a 15 minute break would be while you and your guests are eating.
How will I receive my images?
You will have a password protected online gallery hosted for 3 months. You will also receive a custom USB containing all your final images.
Are my images watermarked with your logo?
No, you will receive high resolution versions of your images watermark-free.
Can you tell me more about engagement sessions?
Engagement sessions are scheduled during the week, Tuesday-Thursday. Weekends are typically booked with events and weddings, however please inquire within to see if we are available for a specific date! The sessions are usually an hour long, and we recommend photographing during golden hour to get those dream, artistic shots!
I have an album in my collection, how long does it take to receive?
Once you receive your final images in the 8-12 week time period, we then ask you to make your selection for the album within 30 days. With your active participation in image selection and design approval your album will be ready within 60 days from receiving your final images.
